Administrative Staff

Nicholas Dragga, Executive Director
Nicholas joined the staff of Ballet Lubbock in May of 2009 and focuses on development and marketing the Ballet Lubbock brand. Nicholas graduated from Texas Tech University in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Music in music performance and composition, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in arts administration from Drexel University.

Sara Pendley, Business Manager
Sara joined the staff of Ballet Lubbock in January of 2006. In addition to overseeing all financial matters, Sara works with both staff and parents on matters related to registration and tuition. Sara was previously an elementary school and substitute teacher and assistant to the Lubbock Suzuki Music Program Director.
